急性脑卒中早期康复训练效果的观察

目的 :探讨早期康复训练对急性脑卒中患者神经功能恢复的效果。方法 :对 5 2例脑出血和 6 4例脑梗死患者实施了系统的 4阶段康复训练 ,应用 Barthel指数和简化 Fugl- Meyer积分法分别对康复组和对照组患者于入院、出院和病后 6个月随访时予以评定。结果 :无论是脑出血还是脑梗死患者 ,康复组和对照组出院时以及随访时 ,患者的功能均有改善 ,但康复组功能改善程度明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :早期康复训练对急性脑卒中患者神经功能恢复是十分必要、有益的 ,应积极提倡并推广

Effect of rehabilitation trainning on patients with acute stroke

Objective: To study the effect of early rehabilitation trainning on patients with acute stroke. Methods: 52 cases of cerebral haemorrhage and 64 cases of cerebral embolism were carried out the four stage rehabilitation trainning systematically. Barthel index and modified Fugl-Meyer integral method were used to evaluate the effexp in both experimental and control groups at the time of entering, leaving the hospital and the six months following up after the onset of disease. Results: The nervous function of all patients improved in both groups. However, the recovery degree in experimental group is higher than that in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: The early rehabilitation trainning is beneficial to the nervous functional recovery in patients with acute stroke. It can be used widely in clinical practice.
