摘    要:目的:使用红外光谱方法对尿路结石成分进行定性定量分析。方法:采用溴化钾(KB r)压片技术的红外光谱法对本科手术和ESW L获得的尿结石标本进行定性分析,并用吸光度法进行定量分析。结果:含钙结石占87.36%,草酸钙是纯结石和混合结石的最普通成分,草酸钙的检出率为84.48%。结论:尿石成分分析对尿石症的病因探讨和防治可提供重要的线索。

Abstract:Objective: To study Chemical composition of urinary stones using the infrared spectroscopic method.Methods: The chemical composition of urinary stones from 348 cases was determined by means of an infrared spectroscopic method using the postassium bromide pellet technique.Results: The positive rate containing calcium urinary stone was 87.36%.Calcium oxatate was the commonest component of pure as well as mixed stones.The positive rate of calcium oxatate was 84.48%.Conclusion: The study of the chemical composition of urinary stones is important for understanding the aetiology management and prevention.
