| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨左、右半结肠癌并肠梗阻行一期手术切除与重建的临床疗效.方法:左半结肠癌并肠梗阻32例,右半结肠癌并肠梗阻36例,均术中行肿瘤一期切除,两组行直线切割缝合器侧消化道重建.分析左右半结肠癌手术的临床疗效.结果:左、右半结肠手术所用时间无显著性差异.左、右半结肠手术的并发症无显著性差异.所有病例均无吻合口狭窄发生.结论:左半结肠癌合并肠梗与右半结肠癌合并肠梗的手术效果无明显差异.

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of primary surgical resection and reconstruction in left and right colorectal carcinoma combined with intestinal obstruction.Methods: 32 cases were left colorectal carcinoma with intestinal obstruction;36 cases were right colorectal carcinoma with intestinal obstruction.The both groups were given intraoperative primary tumor removal and digestive tract reconstruction by the side of linear stapler.Then,the clinical effects were analyzed.Results: There was no significant different on the time spending in the operation and the complication in the two groups.All patients had no anastomotic stenosis.Conclusion: There was no different clinical efficacy observed in treatment of left or right colorectal carcinoma with intestinal obstruction. |
