摘    要:目的:研究羧甲基壳聚糖的合成反应及其抑菌活性.方法:用化学方法修饰壳聚糖,用稀释法对常见病原菌进行抑菌实验.结果:产物经红外光谱证实,壳聚糖已被氯乙酸所修饰,产物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌均有抑菌作用.结论:本法制得的羧甲基壳聚糖具有优越的水溶性能,对常见致病菌有一定的抑菌活性.

Abstract:Objective:To develop a synthesis method of the carboxymethyl chitosan(CM-CTS) and to study its bacteriostatic effect.Methods: Purified chitosan was modified by way of chemistry,using methods of dilution to study the bacteriostasis to some ordinary bacteria.Results: The infra-red spectragram of the product showed the chitosan had been modified by chloroacetic acid.S.aureus,E.coli,and P.aeruginosa could be inhibited to different degrees by CM-CTS.Conclusion: The product has superior water-soluble property.It also has antibacterial action to ordinary bacteria.
