| 摘 要： | 目的：建立广西地不容总生物碱的含量测定方法,优选广西地不容总生物碱的最佳提取工艺。方法：采用正交实验设计,以总生物碱提取率为指标,观察回流时间、提取次数、萃取次数、萃取时间4个提取因素的最佳水平。结果：最佳提取工艺为：95%乙醇回流提取2次,2h/次,氯仿萃取3次,0.5h/次。结论：本提取工艺简单合理,提取率高,具有良好的可行性。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish a method for determination of total alkaloids and optimize the extraction process from Stephania kwangsiensis Lo..Methods：Orthogonal Test design was employed,with total alkaloids extract ratio as an index,to optimize four extraction factors：reflux time,extraction times,abstraction times and abstraction time.Results：The optimal extraction technology was identified as：refluxing and extracting with 95% alcohol for two hours twice;three abstractions with chloroform,0.5hours for each time.Conclusion：The extraction process proved to be simple and reasonable,with high extraction rate and good feasibility. |
