| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨如何正确判断胎儿窘迫、正确掌握剖宫产手术指征、降低围产儿病死率的同时降低剖官产率的方法.方法:对我院92例因胎儿窘迫行剖宫产手术的病历资料进行分析.结果:多项胎儿窘迫诊断指标比单项胎儿窘迫诊断指标诊断的胎儿窘迫相关因素百分率和新生儿窒息率高.胎儿窘迫的主要相关因素有脐带因素、羊水因素、胎盘因素、母体因素等.结...
