摘    要:目的 讨论人工合成的植物雌激素依普拉芬对兔下颌骨牵张成骨一氧化氮及一氧化氮合酶的影响.方法 40只健康日本大耳白兔,随机分成对照组和实验组各20只.下颌骨牵张成骨术后实验组给予依普拉芬50 mg/(kg·d).并于牵张后1天、1周、2周、4周取材,进行血清NO浓度的测定,并采用免疫组织化学方法观察NOS在不同时间段的表达情况.结果 在牵张后1天、1周、2周、4周实验组NO浓度及eNOS阳性表达均高于对照组且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),新骨形成早于同期对照组.结论 依普拉芬可以通过提高牵张成骨中血清NO的浓度有效的加速新骨的形成与矿化,缩短骨愈合时间.

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of synthetic phytoestrogen plant estrogen ipriflavone on nitric oxide and nitric oxide synthase in the rabbit mandibular distraction osteogenesis.Methods 40 healthy Japanese white rabbits were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,20 rabbits respectively.50 mg/(kg·d) ipriflavone was injected into the rabbits of the experimental group after mandibular distraction osteogenesis.Determination of serum NO concentrations was operated a day,a week,two weeks and four weeks after the distraction respectively.Meanwhile,Immunohistochemistry was used to observe NOS in different periods.Results The concentrations of NO and NOS were higher in the experimental group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).New bones were formed earlier than those in the control group during the same period.Conclusion Ipriflavone could accelerate new bone formation and mineralization,and reduce bone healing by improving serum concentration of NO after the distraction osteogenesis.
