持续吸入二丙酸倍氯米松气雾剂防治小儿哮喘的疗效观察

目的 评价二丙酸倍氯米松气雾剂持续小剂量吸入防治支气管哮喘的疗效及其副作用。方法 对31例长期随访的哮喘患儿，观察吸入必可酮后临床疗效、肺功能及副作用。结果 31例哮喘患儿吸入必可酮后症状明显控制（发作次数降低了76．3％－89．5％），肺功能改善，仅3例发生鹅口疮，无明显生长发育障碍及柯兴氏症。7例年长哮喘患儿肺功能有明显改善。结论 必可酮长期吸入防治支气管哮喘具有明显疗效，在小于400ug/d范围内吸入未见明显副作用。

Clinical effects of continuous in halation of beclocmethasone diporpionate (BDP) on prevention of bronchial asthma in children and its side-effects

Objective This thesis is to evaluate the clinical effects of continuons inhalation of low dose Beclomethasone Dipropionate in the therapy of asthmatical children and its side effects. Methods After a long term administration,clinical effects,pulmonary function and side effects were observed on 31 children with asthma. Results Symptoms are obviously,controlled,pulmonary function was improved,only three children suffered from mouth fungus,but growth didn't slow down and development and without Cushing's symdome. Conclusion The continous inhalation of BDP is obviously effective on prevention and management of bronchialasthma.There is no side effect under 400ug/d.
