无功能性胰岛细胞瘤的诊断与治疗

目的 探讨无功能性胰岛细胞瘤的诊断和治疗方法。方法 对1996～2003年收治的12例无功能性胰岛细胞瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 患者主要以上腹部包块伴有或不伴有压迫症状就诊。行肿瘤摘除术4例，胰十二指肠切除术1例，胰体尾部及脾切除术7例，术后胰瘘2例。经病理证实恶性2例。结论 体征、B超和CT是发现本病的重要手段。应将病理学检查和肿瘤生物学活性结合起来判定良恶性。手术切除肿瘤是本病的有效治疗方法。

The Diagnosis and Therapy of Nonfunctioning Islet Cell Tumor

Objective To study the diagnosis and therapy of nonfunctioning islet cell tumor (NIT) retrospectively. Methods The 12 cases with NIT from 1996 to 2003 in our department were studied. Results The major symptom is abdominal mass, with or without other oppressed symptoms. There were 4 cases of tumor excision , 1 case of pancreaticoduodenectomy, 7 cases of distal pancreastectomy respectively. There were 2 cases confirmed to be malignant. The main postoperative complication is pancreatic fistulae. Conclusions Physical signs,CT and B-US are main means to diagnose NIT. Both pathological examinations and biological behavior of the tumor should be considered to judge whether the tumor is benign or malignant. Surgical resection is the effective therapy method.
