门静脉高压症是一种由肝组织及门脉血管和胆管疾患共同引起的综合症。主要临床症状有腹水、淤血性脾肿大和脾功能亢进、肝性脑病,食管胃底静脉曲张、门静脉高压性胃病以及由此导致的上消化道大出血。临床应用的治疗方法有外科手术、介入放射治疗、内镜下套扎及药物硬化治疗和原位肝移植治疗等。作为微创治疗的TIPSS技术在治疗门静脉高压症所致上消化道出血、腹水中发挥不可替代作用。
