人工北冬虫夏草的近红外特性研究

摘    要:北冬虫夏草是稀有中药之一,组织培养提供了药材的新来源。本文比较了冬虫夏草、人工北虫草及其培养基等六种样品的近红外光谱的特性。认为人工北虫草与野生虫草的光谱特性相似;污染杂菌的样品表见为不同的光谱特征;所以,近红外分析可以作为成分鉴别的快速方法之一。

Abstract:Cordyceps militaris, as a traditional ehines ddrug, is very rare, but it might be replaced bg cultured cordyceps militaris. In this article, infrared rays spectrums of six specimens from cordyceps siniensis, cultured cordyceps militaris and their specificity and cultured mediums were compared. The result indicated that cultured cordyceps militaris was similar to natural cordyceps in the specificity, of the infrared. rays Spectrums the' Spelcimelns infrced with bacteria possessed the specificity of differcnl: spectrums. It was suggested that the spectral analysis of infrared rays might be a rapid method of element differentiation.
