硫熏对百合有效成分的影响

摘    要:目的:考察硫熏干燥法对百合有效成分的影响。方法:分别采用钼蓝比色法、苯酚硫酸法和香草醛冰醋酸法测定硫熏和非硫熏百合中总磷脂、总多糖及总皂苷含量。结果:硫熏后百合的总磷脂、总多糖及总皂苷含量都明显降低。结论:产地加工时应彻底抛弃硫熏干燥法,采用安全的烘干法。

Abstract:Objective: To determine the effect of sulphur fumigation on the effective components of lily. Methods: The contents of total phosphatide, total polysaccharides and total saponins in sulphur fumigated Lily and non-sulphur fumigated Lily through phosphor molybdate blue and phenol hydrate-sulfuric acid and veniua-glacial acid were detected. Results: The content of total phosphatide, total polysaccharides and total Saponins are all decreased observably after sulphur fumed. Conclusion: Sulphur fumigation should be abandoned completely on lily, and replaced by safe drying method.
