| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨原发性支气管肺癌中医证候与临床分期及病理分型的相关性。方法：对68例原发性支气管肺癌中医证候与临床分期及组织病理学类型进行分析研究。结果：不同的中医证型与组织病理学类型及胸腔积液征之间具有相关性，而与其他螺旋CT表现无明显相关性。结论：原发性支气管肺癌的病理分型及部分螺旋CT表现可为中医临床辨证论治提供一定的参考依据。
