疏肝饮对腹泻型肠易激综合征大鼠血管活性肠肽和P物质的影响

从胃肠激素的角度探讨疏肝饮对腹泻型肠易激综合征的治疗机理。 42只Wistar大鼠随机分成 6组 :正常组、模型组、大剂疏肝饮组、中剂疏肝饮组、小剂疏肝饮组和得舒特组。后五组大鼠先予相应药物灌胃 3天 ,第三天急性避水应激刺激 1小时 ,复制类似腹泻型肠易激综合征 (肝脾不和型 )模型。观察大鼠血浆和结肠组织中胃肠激素 (VIP、SP)的含量变化。结果 :模型组大鼠血浆和结肠组织中VIP和SP与正常组比较明显升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ;大剂量疏肝饮可以显著降低业已升高的VIP、SP含量 ,与得舒特组比较无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。提示疏肝饮可以有效降低腹泻型肠易激综合征大鼠血浆和结肠组织中VIP、SP的含量以达到治疗目的

Effects of "Shugan Decoction" on Vasoactive Intestinal Peptide and Substance P in Rats of Diarrhea-Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome

To explore the mechanism of "Shugan Decoction" in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(D-IBS) from the perspective of gastrointestinal hormone,42 Wistar rats were divided randomly into 6 groups:normal group,model group,large-dose herb group,middle-dose herb group,small-dose herb group and Dicetel group.The latter 5 groups of rats were administered respectively with physiological saline,large-dose herb,middle-dose herb,small-dose herb and Dicetel individually for 3days;on the third day acute water-avoidance stress was given to establish similar model of D-IBS.Concentrations of gastrointestinal hormones(VIP,SP) in plasma and intestinal tissue were detected.Results:The concentrations of VIP and SP in plasma and intestinal tissue in model group were higher than those in normal group (P<0.05);large-dose "Shugan Decoction" could lower the elevated concentrations of VIP and SP,with no statistical significance(P>0.05) between large-dose herb group and Dicetel group.Conclusion:"Shugan Decoction" acts to treat D-IBS probably by adjusting the secretion and release of gastrointestinal hormones.
