摘    要:目的:观察推拿功法易筋经对老年骨骼肌减少症患者膝关节屈伸肌肌力的影响。方法:60例老年骨骼肌减少症患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各30例。治疗组坚持易筋经锻炼,共8周;对照组不予任何特殊处理。测定两组膝关节角速度为60°/s、120°/s、180°/s时屈伸肌群的峰力矩(PT)、总功(TW)、平均功率(AP)和屈膝肌与伸膝肌比值(H/Q)的变化。结果:在不同角速度时,治疗组治疗后屈伸肌群的PT、TW、AP或H/Q均有不同程度的改善(P<0.05),且治疗组的改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:推拿功法易筋经能提高老年骨骼肌减少症患者膝关节伸肌群肌力与稳定性。
