| 摘 要： | 目的：研究缺血性脑血管病患者的中医证候分布规律。方法：临床采集300例缺血性脑血管病患者的中医四诊信息，应用多元统计主因子提取、系统聚类方法对患者的中医证候分布情况进行统计分析。结栗：缺血性脑血管病患者的中医证候集中分布于风阳上扰兼督脉不利或气郁血瘀、气虚血瘀兼瘀热内盛、肝。肾阴亏兼痰湿内滞、痰浊上蒙兼气虚血瘀4个主要证型。结论：结合应用多元统计主因子提取和系统聚类方法进行证候研究，有助于客观、全面地揭示缺血性脑血管病患者的中医证候特点。
