| 摘 要： | 介绍“病证结合”辨治桥本甲状腺炎的临床体会。桥本甲状腺炎主要证型为肝郁痰凝证、脾肾阳虚证、气阴两虚证、痰瘀互结证；徐氏流派治疗桥本甲状腺炎注重温阳扶正、分期论治、异病同治等。

| Abstract: | Clinical experience on differentiation and treatment of Hashimoto thyroiditis with the method of combination of disease and syndrome is introduced. The main syndromes of Hashimoto thyroiditis include syndrome of stagnation of the liver Qi and phlegm, syndrome of Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney, syndrome of deficiency of both Qi and Yin, syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis. The treatment of Hashimoto thyroiditis emphasizes the method of warming Yang and strengthening the body resistance, treating based on stages, treating different diseases with same therapeutic principles, etc. |
