摘    要:虽然肿瘤化疗药物在不断更新和发展,但是肿瘤患者的病死率仍然居高不下,其主要原因是肿瘤患者对化疗药物产生了多药耐药(MDR)。研究表明,PI3K/AKT信号通路的异常激活与肿瘤MDR的形成高度相关,因此PI3K/AKT信号通路抑制剂也一度成为逆转肿瘤MDR最有希望的药物,但因毒性大、副反应多其临床应用价值较低。近年来,有很多研究发现PI3K/AKT信号通路是一些中药调控MDR的靶点,如姜黄素、汉黄芩素、吴茱萸碱、白藜芦醇、补骨脂素、雷公藤内酯醇及左金丸、健脾解毒方、解毒胶囊、补中益气汤、益气除痰方等中药单体或复方可通过PI3K/AKT信号通路逆转肿瘤MDR,并且有增强化疗药物的疗效、减轻毒副反应等功效。
