| 摘 要： | 目的探讨芪龙汤治疗糖尿病周围血管病变的疗效。方法将62例糖尿病周围血管病变患者随机分为治疗组(39例)和对照组(23例);对照组采用西洛他唑治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用芪龙汤。治疗8周后,观察患者临床症状、踝/肱血压指数(API)和足背动脉血流量等指标的变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为76.9%,明显高于对照组的56.5%(P<0.05);治疗组API和足背动脉血流量均明显增加(P<0.05)。结论芪龙汤对糖尿病周围血管病变具有较好的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of "QiLong Decoction"in the treatment of peripheral vascular disease in people with diabetes. MethodsSixty-two subjects were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 39 cases were treated with "QiLong Decoction" plus Cilotazol and control group in which 23 cases were treated with only Cilotazol,with a course of 8 weeks. The clinical symptoms, ankle pressure index(API) and dorsal arterial volume were observed. ResultsThe total effective rate was 76.9% in treatment group and 56.5% in control group( P<0.05); API and dorsal arterial volume increased obviously in treatment group after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion "QiLong Decoction"has positive effects on diabetic peripheral vascular disease. |
