| 摘 要： | 颈部经筋是颈椎稳定的基础。颈部经筋的损伤导致颈部肌肉力学性能降低，从而破坏颈椎外源性的稳定，并影响颈椎关节的正常位置，进一步加重颈椎的椎间盘及骨关节的退变，影响颈椎的内源性稳定。在颈椎病的治疗中，不仅要重视患者“骨”的治疗，还要重视“筋”的治疗，树立“筋骨整体观”的治疗思想。
