摘    要:颈部经筋是颈椎稳定的基础。颈部经筋的损伤导致颈部肌肉力学性能降低,从而破坏颈椎外源性的稳定,并影响颈椎关节的正常位置,进一步加重颈椎的椎间盘及骨关节的退变,影响颈椎的内源性稳定。在颈椎病的治疗中,不仅要重视患者“骨”的治疗,还要重视“筋”的治疗,树立“筋骨整体观”的治疗思想。

Abstract:Meridian sinews are the basis for the stability of cervical spine.The injury of meridian sinews may reduce the mechanics of neck muscles,impair the extrinsic stability of cervical spine and influence the regular position of cervical vertebrae,then bring about and worsen the degeneration of intervertebral discs and vertebral joints,affecting the intrinsic stability of cervical spine.In the treatment of cervical spondylosis,doctors should not only pay attention to the cervical vertebrae,but also to the meridi...
