摘    要:目的:观察传统功法八段锦对女大学生原发性痛经的改善作用。方法:将126例原发性痛经的女大学生随机分为功法组及对照组。功法组予八段锦锻炼,每周3次,每次整套套路练习3遍;对照组在同一时间内予课外活动锻炼。均为期3个月,训练结束后进行整体疗效、视觉疼痛模拟评分(VAS)、情绪心理因素的评定。结果:功法组痛经改善总有效率为85.91%,对照组总有效率为28.60%,功法组显著优于对照组(P0.05)。训练前两组VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05),训练后两组VAS评分均较治疗前降低,但功法组显著低于对照组(P0.05);训练前两组抑郁、焦虑因子比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05),训练后两组抑郁、焦虑因子均较治疗前降低,但功法组显著低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:八段锦锻炼能显著改善女大学生原发性痛经的症状,且有益于心理健康的调节。

Abstract:  Objective:To observe the improvement of traditional exercises Baduanjin(eight-sectioned exercise) in the treatment of primary dysmenorhea of female college students.   Methods: 126 female college students with primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into the exercise group and control group. The exercise group was treated with Baduanjin(eight-sectioned exercise) 3 times a week,and the whole set of exercises was performed 3 times each time. The control group was treated with extra-curricular activities at the same time. The training periods were 3 months in both groups. All students were evaluated by overall efficacy,visual analog scales(VAS) score and emotional and psychological factors after the training.   Results: The total effective rates of dysmenorrhea improvement were 85.91% in the exercise group and 28.60% in the control group. The effective rate in the exercise group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference on VAS score between the two groups before the training(P>0.05). After the training,the VAS score was decreased in both groups compared with training before,and VAS score in the exercise group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). There were no statistically significant differences on depression and anxiety factors between the two groups before the training(P>0.05). After the training,the depression and anxiety factors were decreased in both groups compared with training before,and the scores in the exercise group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).   Conclusion: Baduanjin exercise can significantly improve the symptoms of female college students with primary dysmenorrhea,which is beneficial to the adjustment of mental health.
