加味逍遥散结合叩刺拔罐治疗成年女性痤疮的临床观察

目的:观察应用加味逍遥散结合叩刺拔罐治疗成年女性痤疮的临床疗效。方法:80例成年女性痤疮患者随机分成两组,每组40例。治疗组口服加味逍遥散,同时每周1次梅花针穴位叩刺拔罐;对照组口服异维A酸。均以6周为1个疗程,评价临床疗效,观察中医临床证候改善情况及安全性。结果:治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为92.5%、85.0%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);两组的临床证候积分均较治疗前降低,但治疗组优于对照组(P0.05)。在安全性方面,治疗组的局部不良反应及对肝功能、血脂的影响明显低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:加味逍遥散结合叩刺拔罐治疗成年女性痤疮临床疗效理想,改善全身症状,同时安全可靠。

Clinical observation of Modified Xiaoyao Powder combined with tapping and cupping therapy in the treatment of adult female acne

  Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Modified Xiaoyao Powder combined with tapping and cupping therapy in the treatment of adult female acne.   Methods:Eighty adult female acne patients were randomly divided into two groups,40 patients in each group. The patients in the treatment group were orally treated with Modified Xiaoyao Powder,meanwhile the patients were treated with cupping and acupoint tapping with plum-blossom needle once a week. The control group was orally treated with isotretinoin. The treatment course was 6 weeks in both groups. The clinical efficacy was evaluated,the improvement on Chinese medical syndrome and the safety were observed.   Results:The total effective rates were 92.5% in the treatment group and 85.0% in the control group,and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Compared with treatment before,the clinical syndrome score was decreased in both groups after treatment,and the syndrome score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). For the safety,the local adverse reactions and the effects on liver function and blood lipids in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).   Conclusion:Modified Xiaoyao Powder combined with tapping and cupping therapy shows good efficacy in the treatment of adult female acne,and can improve the systemic symptoms,which is safe and reliable.
