| 摘 要： | 近年来，中药复方药代动力学研究取得了较大的进展，一些新理论、新方法不断涌现，如药动一药效的相关分析、中西药药动学相互作用研究、肠道菌群代谢研究等，但这些方法也存在一定的缺陷，有待进一步完善。

| Abstract: | In recent years, some progress in pharmacokinetics of Chinese herbal compound has been achieved with the new theories and methods constantly emerging, such as analysis of relationship between biological responses and active component concentration, pharmacokinetic herb-drug interaction and intestinal flora metabolism etc. However, there are still some shortages with these new theories and methods and further improvements are needed. |
