中医临床专业学生社区实践效果评价

摘    要:目的:分析医学生社区实践效果,以期不断提高实践教学质量和完善社区实践教学环节。方法:按《医学社区实践》课程要求,于2010年组织七年制中医学专业5年级小学期的同学进行了为期2周的社区实践;2011年又在前期的基础上加强了教学环节管理,并采用自拟的“医学社区实践效果学生自评量表”对参加社区实践学生进行不记名调查,评价其教学效果。结果:2010年和2011年分别有49、71名同学参加了社区实践,均按期完成了教学任务,并参与了问卷调查。统计结果显示,学生的自评成绩和总成绩间比较差异均有统计学意义,2011年成绩优于2010年;对社区实践的认识、能力提高和实践效果三方面的评价,2011年学生优于2010年。结论:注重实践教学各环节管理,即加强与实践基地和学生间的沟通和协调、做好社区实践前的动员和筹备、举办针对学生短缺知识的系列讲座、专业教师协助社区联合带教方式、设计丰富充实的实践内容、组织社区实践心得交流等,可明显提高实践的教学质量。

Abstract:Objective: To analyze the community practice effect of students in order to enhance the quality of practice teaching and perfect the community practice teaching link. Methods: According to the requirement of the coure of Medical Community Practice, the seven-year students of Chinese medicine specialty, who were at the fifth year study, were selected to conduct the community practice for two weeks in 2010. Based on the previous foundation, we reinforced the teaching link management in 2011, and applied the “Student Self-assessment Scale of Community Practice Teaching Effect”to make an anonymous survey on students who attended the community practice and evaluate the teaching effect. Results: Forty-nine students in 2010 and seventy-one students in 2011 participated the community practice, and they all finished the task on time and attended the questionnaire survey. Statistical results showed that there were statistical differences on students' self-rating score and total score and the scores in 2011 were better than those in 2010 ; the evaluations on understanding of community practice, ability enhancement and practice effect for students in 2011 were better than students in 2010. Conclusion: To attach importance to the management of teaching practice link can obviously enhance the practice teaching quality, which includes the following aspects: to strengthen the communication and coordination between practice base and the students, to mobilize the students and prepare for the community practice, to hold the series of lectures aiming at the shortage of students' knowledge, to make the professional teacher cooperate with the community to teach the students, to design abundant practical activities, and to organize the cmnmunication of community practice experiences.
