| 摘 要： | 目的：观察肺岩宁方对Lewis肺癌小鼠移植瘤VEGF及其受体Flt-1、KDR蛋白表达的影响。方法：采用C57BL／6小鼠，接种Lewis肺癌细胞株，随机分为对照组、化疗组、肺岩宁组和综合组，在接种后5天肿瘤直径约为5min时，开始给予0．9％NaCl溶液、DDP、肺岩宁、DDP＋肺岩宁治疗。用药21d，第22天处死小鼠。观察各组肺转移灶抑制率，免疫组化测定肿瘤VEGF及其受体Flt-1、KDR蛋白表达。结果：与对照组相比，肺岩宁组及综合组能显著降低肺转移灶发生率（P〈0．05）。免疫组化结果显示：肺岩宁方能够显著降低肿瘤VEGF及其受体KDR水平。肺岩宁方能够减少肿瘤Flt-1表达，但无统计学意义。结论：益气养精、解毒散结的肺岩宁方具有明显的抗肺癌侵袭转移作用。肺岩宁方可以干扰VEGF与其受体（主要是KDR）的相互作用，从而抑制VEGF的生物活性，这可能是肺岩宁方抗肺癌侵袭转移的机制之一。
