摘    要:设置中医护理特色明显的抛锚式教学方案,并在中医护理技能操作带教中进行了对照评价。结果显示,抛锚式教学组实习护生的中医护理操作考核、综合素质成绩均明显高于传统教学方法组(P0.05),提示抛锚式教学法运用于中医护理操作带教可以明显提高实习护生的操作技能及培养批判性思维、学习兴趣和分析问题与解决问题等综合能力。

Abstract:According to setting anchored instruction in traditional Chinese medicine classes,this paper aims to evaluate the anchored instruction.The outcome showed that the scores of operation exam,comprehensive quality in anchored instruction group are higher than that in traditional teaching method group( P 0.05),it indicates that anchored teaching method can improve technical manipulation skills and foster critical thinking,learning interests and comprehensive ability to solve problems in TCM nursing classes.
