| 疏肝饮治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征肝脾不和型临床研究 |

| 摘 要： | 为研究疏肝饮治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(肝脾不和型)的疗效60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各30例。治疗组给予疏肝饮治疗，对照组予得舒特治疗，疗程均为2周。观察比较两组单项症状和综合症状的改善情况。结果：疏肝饮治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(肝脾不和型)的疗效与得舒特相似(P＞0.05)，但其对部分单项症状的改善优于得舒特。提示疏肝饮治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效可靠。

| Abstract: | To study the clinical effects of "Shugan Decoction" in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (D-IBS) of liver-spleen disharmony, 60 subjects were divided into two groups: treatment group in which 30 cases were treated by "Shugan Decoction' and control group in which 30 cases were treated by Dicetel, with a course of two weeks; and the curative effects for single and comprehensive symptoms were observed. Results: The curative effects of "Shugan Decoction" were similar to those of Dicetel; but the Decoction was more effective than Dicetel in improving some symptoms. |
