| 摘 要： | 目的：观察导引手法综合治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧凸症（AIS）的临床疗效。方法：应用脊柱平衡导引术和脊柱平衡手法综合治疗AIS 60例,共治疗6个月。观察治疗前后侧凸Cobb角改变情况,肺活量（VC）、第一秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量的百分比（FEV1/FVC）、每分钟最大通气量（MVV）等肺功能变化及相关安全性指标。结果：治疗后,痊愈12例,有效45例,无效3例,总有效率为95%;治疗后,Cobb角明显减小（P〈0.01）,肺功能VC、FEV1/FVC和MVV显著改善（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）;且未发现明显副作用。结论：导引手法治疗轻度AIS疗效确切。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of comprehensive manipulations of spinal daoyin and balancing on adolescent idiopathic scoliosis(AIS).Methods:Sixty subjects were treated with this therapy.And the cobb angle,VC,FEV1/FVC and MVV were observed before and after treatment to evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety.Results:12 cases were cured,45 cases improved and 3 cases failed,and the total effective rate was 95.00%.After treatment,the Cobb angle reduced,P<0.01;VC,FEV1/FVC and MVV improved more obviously,P<0.01 or P<0.05;no side effects were found.Conclusion:This therapy is quite effective for AIS. |
