| 摘 要： | 从痹论治颈椎病是施杞教授重要学术思想。施老师认为颈椎病的发病是以风寒湿热邪及劳伤气血为外因,肝脾肾不足、督脉亏虚为内因,导致气血失和,痰瘀内蕴,肢体失用,脏腑失调,经脉不遂而起病。据此提出了相应的辨证论治原则,并积累了宝贵的古方今用的经验。

| Abstract: | It is an important theory of professor Shi Qi to treat cervical spondylosis from arthralgia-syndrome. Professor Shi Qi believes that the cervical spondylosis is caused by many factors, among which wind, cold, dampness and heat are exopathic pathogenic factors, while deficiency of liver, spleen, kidney and the govnernor vessel are endogenous ones. These factors may lead to disorder of vital energy and blood,retention of phlegm and stasis of blood and obstruction of channels, and induce to functional disorders of the viscera. According to this thought and many valuable experiences in treating modern disease with classic recipes, he points out principles of diagnosis and treatment based on an overall analysis of these signs and symptoms to cervical spondylosis. |
