| 摘 要： | 通过分析张介宾医学理论发展的理学背景,认为张介宾将理学哲学范畴体系引入医学研究,以理学的宇宙本体"太极"为逻辑起点,建立了中医理论的哲学本体,将"生机"意义提高至世界本体高度,以《太极图说》为理论模型、"心学"为法,建构中医理论,形成阴阳一体、五脏互藏、肾命学说等理论成果,其医学思想和理论成果的本质特点归结为"形而上"。
