补肾调经方治疗卵巢储备功能下降30例临床观察

目的:观察补肾调经方治疗卵巢储备功能下降(DOR)的疗效。方法:纳入60例肾虚型卵巢储备功能下降患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。对照组予去氧孕烯炔雌醇片口服,治疗组予补肾调经方口服,治疗周期为3个月。评价两组患者的中医证候疗效,比较两组患者的Kupperman症状指数评分和早卵泡期性激素水平。结果:治疗组的中医证候总有效率为86.67%,对照组为70.00%,治疗组的疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的Kupperman症状指数评分均显著降低(P0.01),且治疗组患者的评分低于对照组(P0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的FSH、LH水平均显著降低(P0.01),且治疗组患者的FSH/LH亦显著降低(P0.01)。结论:补肾调经方能明显改善DOR患者的临床症状,调节患者的血清性激素水平。

Clinical Effect of ＂Bushen Tiaojing Decoction＂ in Treating 30 Patients with Diminished Ovarian Reserve

Objective： To observe the effect of ＂ Bushen Tiaojing Decoction＂ in treating diminished ovarian reserve （DOR）. Methods： Sixty patients with DOR of kidney-deficiency type were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Marvelon Tablets and the treatment group was treated with ＂ Bushen Tiaojing Decoction＂, with a course of 3 months. The effect of Chinese medical syndrome was evaluated, and the Kupperman scores and the levels of sex hormones in early follicular phase were compared. Results： The total effecti：ce rates of treatment group and control group were 86.67% and 70.00% respectively on Chinese medical syndrome, with statistical difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the Kupperman scores in both groups were obviously decreased （P 〈 0.01 ）, and the scores of treatment group were lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the levels of FSH and LH in both groups were significantly decreased （P 〈 0.01 ） , and the value of FSH/LH of treatment group was markedly decreased （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： ＂Bushen Tiaojing Decoction＂ can improve the clinical symptoms and adjust the levels of serum sex hormones in patients with DOR.
