pH区带精制逆流色谱法在中药成分分离中的应用

摘    要:pH区带精制逆流色谱法是在普通制备型高速逆流色谱的基础上发展起来的逆流色谱分离技术,是根据化合物的解离常数和疏水性的不同而实现分离,适合于有机酸碱制备性的分离。介绍p H区带精制逆流色谱的原理,并对其近年来在中药成分分离方面的应用进行综述。

Abstract:pH zone-refining counter-current chromatography is the counter-current chromatography which developed on the basis of conventional high speed counter-current chromatography. Chemicalcompositions of chinesegrugesare separated according to the dissociation constants of the compounds and the hydrophobicity, which used in the separation of organic acid and base, and has many advantages in terms of separation. This paper introduces the theory of the pH zone-refining counter-current chromatography and summarizes its application in recent years.
