虎杖清肝汤治疗慢性乙型肝炎及对肝纤维化形成的影响

目的：观察虎杖清肝汤治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效及对纤溶酶原激活系统等肝纤维化相关指标的影响。方法：选择慢性乙型肝炎经中医辨证为肝胆湿热兼血瘀证患者92例,治疗组55例予虎杖清肝汤治疗,对照组37例予乙肝清热解毒冲剂,疗程均为3个月。观察中医证候积分、肝功能及肝纤维化相关指标的变化。结果：治疗后两组患者证候积分显著降低、肝功能改善,治疗组肝纤维化指标明显下降,纤溶酶原激活物（uPA）及其抑制物（PAI-1）含量降低,tPA活性下降,PAI活性增强。结论：虎杖清肝汤对慢性乙型肝炎有较好的临床疗效和抗肝纤维化作用。

Clinical Observation of "Huzhang Qinggan Decoction"on Chronic Hepatitis B and on Hepatic Fibrosis Formation

Objective: To investigate the efficacy of "Huzhang Qinggan Decoction" on chronic hepatitis B and its influence on hepatic fibrosis. Methods: Ninety-two patients with chronic hepatitis B and syndrome of hepatochlic hygropyrexia and blood stasis were randomized into two groups, treatment group in which 55 cases were treated by "Huzhang Qinggan Decoction" and control group in which 37 cases were treated by "Yigan Qingre Jiedu Granule", with a course of 3 months. The changes of symptoms scores of traditional Chinese medicine, liver function and levels of indexes related to hepatic fibrosis were observed. Results: In treatment group, symptoms scores decreased significantly and the liver function were improved. Compared with control group, the levels of indexes related to hepatic fibrosis in treatment group declined more obviously, the contents of urokinase plasminogen activator (uPA) and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1) were also lower. The activity of tissue plasminogen activator (tPA) was suppressed while the activity of PAI was enhanced in treatment group. Conclusion: "Huzhang Qinggan Decoction" is effective on chronic hepatitis B and the prevention of hepatic fibrosis.
