摘    要:目的:比较穴位与非穴位中氧分压和钙离子浓度的差异。方法:利用自制的传感针,在体监测8只山羊的大肠俞、肝俞和关元俞及其对应的非穴位点的钙离子浓度;并监测肝俞和后三里及其对应非穴位点的氧分压。用方差分析方法对穴位和非穴位钙离子浓度和氧分压的差异和变化趋势进行统计分析。结果:穴位的钙离子浓度和氧分压在整个监测过程中都高于非穴位,差异均有显著性意义。结论:传统的针灸穴位具有高氧分压和高钙离子浓度特性。

Abstract:Objective: To compare the oxygen partial pressure and calcium ion concentration between acupoints and their corresponding non-acupoints. Methods: A self-made sensing needle was used to measure calcium ion concentrations of Dachangshu(BL25), Ganshu(BL18) and Guangyuanshu(BL26) and their corresponding non-acupoints in 8 sheep; oxygen partial pressure of Ganshu(BL18) and Housanli(EX) and their corresponding non-acupoints were also observed. The statistical method of repeated data of variance analysis was used to compare the difference of oxygen partial pressure and calcium ion concentration between the acupoints and non-acupoints. Results: The oxygen partial pressure and calcium ion concentration of the acupoints were higher than those of their corresponding non-acupoints. Conclusion: Traditional acupoints are characteristic of high oxygen partial pressure and calcium ion concentration.
