| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血清sIL-2R、IL-6和TNF-α的表达水平与肺癌诊断、疗效判定及预后的关系.方法:双抗体夹心法测定肺癌患者血清中sIL-2R、IL-6和TNF-α水平,并进行化疗前后对比.结果:肺癌患者sIL-2R、IL-6和TNF-α的生物活性均高于正常对照组,化疗后sIL-2R、IL-6和TNF-α水平较化疗前明显降低,差异有显性著(P＜0.01).结论:sIL-2R、IL-6和TNF-α可作为肺癌诊断、疗效判定及预后评价的辅助性指标.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study on the relationship between the serum levels of sIL 2R,IL 6 and TNF α and lung cancer diagnosis,therapeutic evaluation and prognosis.Methods:Serum sIL 2R,IL 6 and TNF α levels was detected by the ELISA,respedively,in lung cancer patients before chemotherapy,and compared with those of postchemotherapy.Results:The levels of sIL 2R,IL 6 and TNF α in patients with lung cancer were significantly higher than that of control.The levels of sIL 2R,IL 6 and TNF α was significantly decreased in patients with lung cancer after the chemotherapy.Conclusion:The biological activities of sIL 2R ,IL 6 and TNF α can be regarded as the supplementary indexes for diagnosis,therapeutic evaluation and prognosis in the patients with lung cancer. |
