| 摘 要： | 西洋参茎叶皂甙(75mg/kg,梗塞后静注)对家兔实验性心肌梗塞具有明显的保护作用,减轻胸前多导联心电图的缺血性变化,缩小心肌梗塞面积。结果还表明西洋参茎叶皂甙可抑制梗塞后高凝状态的发展,并可减少梗塞后24h的血清及梗塞区心肌中的过氧化脂质含量,这些可能是西洋参茎叶皂甙抗实验性心肌梗塞作用的部分机理。

| Abstract: | The effect of saponin from stem and leaves of Panax quinquefolium (PQS) on rabbits with acute myocardial infarction was reported.We observed that PQS (in a dosage of 75 mg/kg, iv)could reduce the size of myocardial ischemia an infarction, lighten the degree of ischemic changes 24 h after coronary occlusion as shown in precordial ECG mapping, inhibit the development of high coagulability of the blood,and decrease the content of lipid peroxide (LPO) in the myocardial infarctic area. These results might be beneficial, at least partly, to clarification of the mechanism of the protective effect of PQS on experimental AMI. |
