摘    要:目的:比较负重关节与非负重关节蠕变差异及其机理。方法:将健康男性成人尸体的肩、髋及膝关节软骨取下,分别在AG-10TA型自动控制电子万能实验机上进行实验。结果:在恒定应力条件下分别测出三组关节软骨蠕变实验数据,负重关节较非负重关节蠕变数值增大;同时对实验数据进行计算机处理,获得应变-时间曲线及函数。 结论:负重关节较非负重关节有良好的蠕变效应,蠕变可能与其生化构成有关。

Abstract:Objective To compare the differences of creep between heavy-load articular cartilage and non-heavy-load articular cartilage,and to discover the correlation between creep and biochemical compound. Methods The creep effects of normal humeral head cartilage, femoral cartilage and femoral condyle cartilage of male healthy ptoma were measured by testing on the AG-10TA automatic control electrical all-purpose experimental machine. Results The articular cartilage creep experimental data in three groups were analyzed, the value of heavy-load artilcular cartilage was higher than that of non-heavy-load one. The strain-time curves and functions under even stress were obtained. Conclusion Heavy-load articular cartilage has better creep effects than non-heavy-load one. Furthermore, the creep effects of articular cartilage are interrelated with its biochemical compound.
