摘    要:目的:观察抑肽酶对实验性急性肝损伤小鼠肝组织超微结构改变的影响,探讨其对肝组织的保护作用。方法:建立小鼠急性四氯化碳(CCl4)肝损伤模型,分为正常对照组、模型组、甘利欣注射液组及抑肽酶小、中、大剂量组。各组小鼠取肝组织做超薄切片,醋酸双氧铀-柠檬酸铅双重染色,透射电镜下观察其肝组织超微结构的改变。结果: 模型组肝细胞呈肿胀状,肝细胞核呈固缩状,胞质内粗面内质网减少、线粒体固缩、基质空化。抑肽酶小剂量组个别细胞呈固缩状,肝细胞胞质内可见少量粗面内质网和溶酶体,胆小管腔内微绒毛消失。抑肽酶中剂量组肝细胞体积稍大,肝细胞核仁明显,胞质内粗面内质网和线粒体,可见大量糖原聚集,胆小管腔内微绒毛较多。抑肽酶大剂量组肝细胞结构接近正常对照组,细胞体积较大,细胞界限清楚,肝细胞核呈圆形,胞质内粗面内质网和线粒体丰富,可见糖原颗粒。甘利欣注射液组肝组织超微结构改变与抑肽酶中剂量组相似。结论: 腹腔注射抑肽酶对实验性小鼠急性肝损伤的肝组织超微结构具有明显的保护作用,随着抑肽酶剂量的增大肝组织超微结构改变明显减轻。
