农田坡耕地参和腐殖土参总皂甙及单体皂甙的测定

摘    要:本文用比色法测定了农坡耕地参和腐殖土参总皂甙的含量。用薄层光密度法测定了八种单体皂甙的含量。实验数据表明,农田坡耕地参总皂甙和单体皂甙的含量接近腐殖土参的含量。从而肯定了农田坡耕地栽培人参的方法是成功的。

Abstract:The content of total saponin of Ginseng cultivated in farmland and in humus was determined by colorimetric method. Eight individual ginseng saponins were determined by combination of TLC and densitometry.Experimental results showed that the total saponon and individual saponins of ginseng cultivated in farmland was approximate to that of ginseng cultivated in humus.
