摘    要:近几年,应用光敏技术诊治恶性肿瘤,引起国内外的广泛重视。光敏技术是利用光敏剂,经光照射产生光动力效应杀伤细胞(亦称光敏效应)。血卟啉衍生物Hematopor-Phyrin—Derivative,HpD)是目前常用的光敏剂。光源采用复合光—白光或激光。此组合又称为血卟啉衍生物光动力治疗(简称HpD-PdT)。在载瘤(S_(180))小鼠尾静脉注入长春制血卟啉衍生物(16mg/kg)后隔72小时,用630um波长长春制染料激光器(382J/cm~2)照射,验证在此条件下杀伤动物恶性肿瘤的效应,结果显著。

Abstract:In recent years, The application of photosensitization teohnigue for the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumours evoked much attention at home and abroad. The so called photosensitization technique is the utilization of photosensilizer via illumination to produce photodynamic effect to kill and damage the tumour cells.The commonly used photosensitizer is hematoporphyrin derivative (HpD) , with ordinary light or laser as illuminant.When HpD was alosorbed into the cells, orange fluorescence would be excited by blue wave band of light.If the HpD was excited by red or green wave band or white light, it would wound the cell even death may resultThe mechanism of how photosensitization technigue can kill the cell is regarded as the powerful oxidation of singlet oxygen, produced by the excitation of photosensitizer and destruction of cell activites.This experiment was performed in tumour-bearing mice (with S-180) by the intravenous administration of HpD followed by a local exposure of red (630nm±) wave laser.
