| 摘 要： | 用水蒸气蒸馏提取多裂叶荆芥穗中挥发油,半定量收集管收集,提取率为1.34％。经GC—MS联用仪分析及计算机检索,分离出55个组分,并鉴定了其中17个组分,主要化学成分是薄荷酮(27.67％)及胡薄荷酮(41.93％)。

| Abstract: | Essential oils in spikes of S.multifida were extracted with water vapour distillation method and collected with a semi-quantitative tube the extraction rate was being 1.34%, By using GC/MS/DS system,55 constituents were separated and 17were identified, with menchone and pulegone as the main components. |
