细胞因子在胃十二指肠疾病中的作用机理

目的：探讨细胞因子在胃十二指肠疾病中的作用机理。方法：应用 Ｅ Ｌ Ｉ Ｓ Ａ 法对３０例慢性浅表性胃炎（急性期）、３０例消化性溃疡患者胃粘膜组织中细胞因子 Ｉ Ｌ １、 Ｉ Ｌ ８及 Ｔ Ｎ Ｆ α活性进行了测定。结果：慢性急性期浅表性胃炎患者胃粘膜中 Ｉ Ｌ １、 Ｉ Ｌ ８及 Ｔ Ｎ Ｆ α活性明显高于对照组（ Ｐ＜００１）；消化性溃疡患者明显高于对照组（ Ｐ＜ ００１）；幽门螺杆菌阳性疾病组明显高于阴性疾病组（ Ｐ＜ ００１）；其中消化性溃疡组 Ｉ Ｌ ８活性明显高于慢性胃炎组（ Ｐ＜ ００１）。结论：细胞因子在慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡疾病发生发展中起一定作用。

Study on active mechanism of cellular factor in gastric and duodenal disease

Objective:To study on active mechanism of cellular factor in gastric and duodenal disease.Methods:The activity of mucosal interleukin 1 (IL 1),interleukin 8 (IL 8) and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF α) of 30 patients with chronic gastritis and 30 patients with peptic ulcer was detected by ELISA methods.Results:Activity of IL 1,IL 8 and TNF α of mucosa of patients with chronic gastritis was 602.85±254.99,493.53±137.72,424.15±28.40 respectively which were significantly higher than those of normal controls;IL 1,IL 8 and TNF α activity in the mucosa of patients with peptic ulcer was 586.25±137.68,629.83±82.60,437.83±109.18 respectively which were significantly higher than those of normal controls,IL 1,IL 8 and TNF α activity in patients with Helicobacter pylori infection wa 639.40±184.89,584.53±125.85,456.19±51.56 respectively which were higher than those in patients with no Helicobacter pylori infection,and IL 8 activity of patients with peptic ulcer was higher than that of chronic gastritis.Conclusion:There were relationships between IL 1,IL 8 and TNF α activity,and mucosa damage of gastric and duodenal disease.
