清醒豚鼠的耳蜗电图
摘    要:在面神经管内长期植入电极记录清醒豚鼠的耳蜗电图,测量了耳蜗电图中各项指标的正常值。耳蜗微音器电位的波幅以短纯音2kHz刺激时为最大,其次是0.5、1、4kHz,以8kHz时为最小。面神经管法记录的总和电位(SP)的极性均为负性,在短声刺激时SP/AP为0.084±0;043。动作电位(AP)N,波的反应阈值在短声刺激时为2.6±4.2dB,在0.5和lkHz短纯音刺激时分别为53.2±5.4和42.4±7.3dB。在0.5、1.2、4kHz短纯音刺激时均可见频率跟随反应,在0.5和1kHz时,其波幅大于同频率AP(N1)波幅,其反应阈值低于同频率AP(N1)反应阈值。

Abstract:To record the electrocochleogram of conscious guinea pig, the method of long一termelectrode implantation in the Fallopian canal was used, and normal values of various index in it weremeasured. When the stimulating freqtiency was 2 kHz tone burst, the amplitude of cochlear micro-phonic potential was largest,then 0.5,1,4 kHz successively. It was smallest when the frequency was 8kHz. The polarity of summating potential recorded in the Fallopian canal was all negative. Summatingpotential一action potential ratio was 0. 084±0. 043 when stimulated by click. Responding threshold ofaction potential(N1)was 2. 6±4. 2 dB when stimulated by click,and it was 53. 2±5. 4 and 42. 2±7. 3 dB respectively, when stimulated by0. 5 and l kHz tone burst. Frequency following response(FFR) could be observed when stimulated by 0.5,1,2, 4 kHz,tone burst;when the stimulating fre-quency was 0. 5 and l kHz,the amplitude of FFR was larger than that of AP(N1)evoked by samefrequency respectively, but the responding threshold of FFR was lower than that of AP(N1).
