| 摘 要： | 本文介绍我院近年来施行支气管袖状切除术15例,其中支气管肺癌12例,外伤性主支气管断裂伤3例。施行支气管肺叶切除12例,支气管切除3例。术后近期效果良好,无手术死亡、吻合口瘘或严重支气管狭窄。6例术后发生肺不张,经及时治疗好转。本文对术前检查、手术适应症、术中注意事项及术后护理进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Bronchial sleeve resection were performed in 15 patients from 1982 through 1986.The diseases managed were bronchogenic carcinoma (12 cases) and traumatic rupture of the bronchi ( 3 cases) .Sleeve resection of the right upper lobe was performed in 12 cases; segmental resection of the right and left bronchi was performed in 2 and 1 cases respectively.The pathological diagnoses of the specimens were squamous cell carcinoma in 8 cases, adenocarcinoma in 2 , small cell carcinoma in 1 and undifferentiated carcinoma in 1 .Interrupted whole layer suturing with" No. 1 silk was employed in 14 patients and No. 2 silk in one case.There were no postoperative complicatons in this group, such as fistula, stenosis of bronchus or mortality.Six patients developed postoperative pulmonary atelectasis but recovered after appropriate treatment. |
