| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨大鼠原位肝移植术的围手术期处理.方法:采用改良的二袖套法行大鼠原位肝移植,观察术前、术中及术后处理等因素对大鼠存活率的影响.结果:用改良的二袖套法行50例大鼠原位肝移植,手术成功率为98%,1周存活率为94%.结论:大鼠的术前状态和精细的手术操作及完善的术前、术后管理是影响大鼠原位肝移植成功的主要因素.

Operative period management of orthotopic liver transplantation in the rat |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the influence factors involved in operative period treatment on successfully orthotopic liver transplantation of rat. Methods:Rat orthotopic liver transplantation were performed by modified two cuff technique, in order to observe the effect of factors such as pre operative,mid operative and post operative management on the survival rate of liver transplantation rat. Results: The 24 h and 1 week survival rate was 98% and 94%, respectively, in total of the 50 rats receiving orthotopic liver transplantation. Conclusion:The pre operative,mid operative and post operative management are vital factors in the successful liver transplantation of rat. |
