摘    要:目的 :研究建立牙颌三维有限元模型的新途径。方法 :利用牙及牙颌的系列 CT截面影像、工程扫描仪系统、计算机辅助设计软件和 Super SAP有限元程序 ,建立三维有限元模型。结果 :该方法弥补了传统方法的不足 ,充分利用了 CT片准确、相似程度高及扫描仪完整、直观、精确复制二维图像的优势 ,能够较准确处理口腔组织结构复杂的特点 ,建立一种更符合口腔生物力学研究的三维有限元模型。结论 :此方法简单、方便、准确 ,确为一种有效的三维有限元模型生成方法。

Abstract:? Objective:To discuss new way of analysing dental maxilla model by three dimensional finite element method.Methods:In this experiment,three dimensional finite element models were established with computer tomography image technique and engineering scanning system.Auto CAD and super SAP softwares were used to analyse the model.Results:By using the accurate,high and similar results of the CT technique and the integrity results of the engineering scanning system,we could accurately copy the two dimensional image of the model and imitate the real condition of oral tissue structures.Conclusion:Three dimensional finite element is simpler,more efficient and more accurate than other methods. 〔
