| 摘 要： | 用中药金银花提取液对不同血清型变形链球菌进行抑菌试验。结果显示ＭＩＣ在２５ｍｇ／ｍｌ以下者占所试菌株的８７．５％，在５０ｍｇ／ｍｌ以下占９５．８％。ＭＢＣ一般明显高于ＭＩＣ。因此，该研究证明，金银花提取液主要是抑菌作用。

| Abstract: | We determined the MIC of Lonicera japonica Thunb preparation,i.e.Lonicera japoni-ca Thunb water decoct agent,to 24 strains of Strep. mutans from clinical specimens.Investigation onMBC was also performed. The results showed that 87.5%of Strep.mutans were inhibited in the con-ccntration of 25 mg/ml of Lonicera japonica Thunb and 95.8%in the concentration of 50 mg/ml.MBC was generally higher than MIC.It indicated taht Lonicera japonica Thunb might be more effec-tive agents against Strep.mutans. |
