上皮性卵巢癌中血管内皮生长因子及其受体的表达与血管生成的关系

摘    要:目的:探讨上皮性卵巢癌中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及其受体(flt-1)表达与血管生成和恶性程度的关系.方法:采用免疫组织化学和形态定量及半定量方法检测53例卵巢癌中VEGF和flt-1的表达水平和间质微血管密度(MVD).结果:VEGF及其受体flt-1的表达均与卵巢癌淋巴结转移有密切关系(P<0.05).卵巢癌间质的MVD与淋巴结转移及VEGF表达有关(P<0.01).结论: VEGF及其受体flt-1的表达与卵巢癌淋巴结转移和间质血管生成有密切关系.

Abstract:Objectivve: To evaluate relationship betweem the expression of both vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), and its receptor, flt 1, and MVD or metastasis in ovarian carcinoma tissues. Methods: Fifty three epithelial ovarian cancer tissues were stained immunohistochemically by anti VEGF, anti flt 1 and anti CD34,endothelial markers. Microvessel density (MVD) was counted in a ×200 field in the most active area of neovascularization. Quantitative and semi quantitative analysis were carried out for the related reference. Results: In fifty three ovarian cancer specimens, fourty were VEGF staining positive. The positive substance lies in cytoplasm and membrane of neoplasm cells. Thirty six were flt 1 staining positive and the positive substance lies in cytoplasm and membrane of the neo vascular endothelial cell inside the stroma of the neoplasm or around the neoplasm nest. VEGF and flt 1 expressions were related with lymph node metastases ( P <0 05). MVD was related with lymph node metastases and VEGF expression ( P <0 01). Conclusion: VEGF and flt 1 are of importance in the development of ovarian carcinoma and promote angiogenesis.
