结核性胸膜炎病人局部T淋巴细胞对B淋巴细胞产生抗PPD抗体水平调节作用的观察

目的：观察结核性胸膜炎病人胸水中Ｔ淋巴细胞及正常人血清中Ｔ淋巴细胞对Ｂ淋巴细胞抗ＰＰＤ抗体产生的影响。方法：应用体外细胞培养的方法，常规ＥＬＩＳＡ间接法检测Ｂ、Ｂ＋Ｐ、Ｂ＋Ｔ和Ｂ＋Ｐ＋Ｔ四组培养上清中抗ＰＰＤＩｇＧ水平。结果：健康人Ｔ淋巴细胞对Ｂ细胞及含ＰＰＤ的Ｂ细胞产生抗ＰＰＤ抗体无明显影响；而结核性胸膜炎病人病变局部Ｔ细胞在无ＰＰＤ存在的情况下对Ｂ细胞产生抗ＰＰＤ抗体无抑制作用，反而能辅助其抗体的产生，而在ＰＰＤ存在的情况下，Ｔ细胞明显抑制Ｂ细胞产生抗ＰＰＤＩｇＧ。结论：结核性胸膜炎病人Ｔ淋巴细胞使Ｂ＋Ｐ组产生抗ＰＰＤＩｇＧ水平下降的原因不是Ｂ细胞本身分泌免疫球蛋白功能受损，而是功能上受抑制。抑制的因素不是来自于Ｔ淋巴细胞本身，而是ＰＰＤ抗原的间接作用

Effect of local T lymphocytes of tuberculosis exudative pleurisy patients on B lymphocytes in producingan anti-PPD antibodies

Objective:To detect the anti-PPD IgG levels in the supernate of B,B+T,B+P and B+P+T groups.Methods:The observation was performed after culture in vitro for 3 days at the cell level.Results:T lymphocytes of control group did not significantly affect the production of PPD antibody in both B and B+P groups (P>01,025,respectively).But T lymphocytes of tubeculosis exudative plurisy patients did not inhibit the production of anti-PPD antibody themselves.On the opposite they obviously promoted the secretion of antibody (P<005). In the presence of PPD antigen the production of IgG to PPD decreased (P<005).Conclusion:It was PPD antigen that activated T lymphocytes and indirectly inhibited the production of PPD antibodies through T cells.
