射麻止喘液治疗哮喘的近期疗效及其机理

目的：探讨射麻止喘液（由麻黄，射干，地龙，杏仁，半夏，细辛，椒目，桔梗，甘草等中药组成＊），治疗哮喘的临床疗效及机理。方法：将６２例哮喘急性发作的轻，中度患者随机分为两组，其中射麻止喘液治疗３０例（简称射麻组），舒氟美治疗３２例作为对照组。观察两组的临床疗效，并测定治疗前后的肺功能，ＰＤ２０，血浆ＥＴ，血浆粘度水平的变化。结果：射麻组的总显效率为４３．３３％，总有效率为５６．６７％，与对照组疗铲相

Short-Term Effect of Shemazhichuan Liquid on Asthma and Its Related Mechanism

To observe the effectiveness of Shemazhichuan(SMZC) liquid and to study its mechanism,62 patients with low-grade and moderate asthmatic attacks were randomly allocated to two groups:SMZC group and ShuFuMei group as control.Pulmonary function test,provoking dose (PD 20 ),plasma endothelin (ET) and plasma viscosity were detected.Results showed that SMZC liquid improved lung function,decreased bronchial responsiveness,reduce plasma ET and plasma viscosity.The total markedly effective rate for asthmatic attack was 43.33% and total effective rate 56.67% ,with no significant difference as compared with the control group(P>0.05).It is concluded that SMZC liquid is available for the treatment of asthmatic attack,and its mechanism may be relate to the counteraction of inflammatory mediator,the reduction of high responsiveness of air passage and the decrease of plasma viscosity.
